Outdoor Spaces The property can accommodate up to 10 guests and is surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean gardens. Highlights include a large private swimming pool with changing rooms, shower, and bathroom, a spacious sea-view patio, and a dramatic driveway entrance opening through an elegant gate. The driveway, framed by terraced and flowered gardens, leads to parking with space for three vehicles. Villa Interiors Ground floor: a bright living room with satellite TV, indoor and outdoor dining areas, and a fully equipped kitchen. This level also includes a bedroom with a large walk-in closet, ideal for guests or staff. Upper floor: three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All rooms open onto a panoramic terrace with sea views, perfect for starting the day immersed in nature. Private annex: located 50 meters from the main villa and connected via an external staircase, this annex is completely independent and offers a kitchen, living room, double bedroom with bathroom, private terrace, and garden.
