The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a historical building with lift, located at Piazza Venezia, the heart of the City center. It is an extremely elegant apartment furnished with a modern design elements. Very bright thanks to the large windows and the white finishes. It is equipped with a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, service bathroom, kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator, large living room with two sofa beds and a table for up to 4 people. From this apartment, in fact, you can reach the Colosseum in just 10 minutes on foot, strolling along the splendid Via dei Fori Imperiali. The Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, and Campo de' Fiori are within walking distance. For stays of up to 7 nights, a mid-stay cleaning with a change of linen is included. For stays of 8 nights or more, cleaning with a change of linen will be carried out every 3 nights. The first one is included, while the others will incur an extra charge (to be paid at check-in). Please note: the view is partially obstructed by the ongoing Metro C construction works. Arrivals after 20:00 require a late check-in fee of EUR 30. After 00:00 the fee is EUR 60. In addition to this, we are happy to organize any type of extra service upon request, such as a basket made up of typical products to accompany your aperitif, a birthday cake, a tailor-made tour, or a transfer service.
