The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a beautiful 1930s building (please note: no elevator) with an original Art Deco entrance. As you step inside, you’re welcomed by a large hallway that leads to a bright double living room with separate lounge and dining areas. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, featuring a washing machine, dishwasher, and everything you need to cook and feel at home. The sleeping area includes three spacious bedrooms: two with comfortable double beds and one with a French bed (semi-double), ideal for single use or cozy double occupancy, each tastefully furnished and freshly painted in soft, relaxing tones. There are three bathrooms with showers, two of which are en-suite, all newly renovated along with the rest of the apartment. The atmosphere is elegant, with a unique touch of personality thanks to a refined oriental-style wallpaper. The apartment overlooks a peaceful inner courtyard garden, where a large magnolia and a palm tree create a green, quiet oasis in the heart of the city – ideal for resting after a day of exploring. Arrivals after 20:00 require an extra payment of EUR 30, while after 00:00 the cost will be EUR 60.
