Welcome to this elegant, newly renovated apartment, designed to offer a comfortable and relaxing stay. As you step inside, you'll find a bright open-plan living area, tastefully furnished in a clean, contemporary style. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The dining table and comfortable sofa bed make the living area a great place to enjoy breakfast, unwind after a day of sightseeing, or simply relax at home. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe, a safe, and air conditioning. The warm wood-panelled wall and soft lighting create a peaceful atmosphere, making it the perfect place to rest after exploring Rome. The spacious bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, a vanity unit with a backlit mirror, and a washing machine, making the apartment particularly convenient for longer stays. Whether you're visiting Rome as a couple, with family, on a business trip, or with friends, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Please note: check-in after 8:00 pm is available for an additional fee of €30. For arrivals after midnight, the late check-in fee is €60.
