From here, you can step directly onto the beautiful private terrace, large and sun-filled, overlooking the elegant and well-known Viale Aventino—perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors, relaxing, or unwinding after a day exploring the city. The sleeping area includes a spacious double bedroom, designed to ensure comfort and restful nights, while the modern and functional bathroom is fitted with a shower. The apartment also includes a washing machine, making it ideal for longer stays. Recently renovated, the interiors combine comfort and practicality with a warm, carefully curated atmosphere to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Good to know: to reach the building entrance, it is necessary to climb a staircase (as shown in the photos). In addition, there are steps inside the apartment leading to the terrace. It is also possible to access the building via a convenient step-free ramp (the same one used by cars to park in the courtyard). In this case, there are only 9 steps inside the building to reach the apartment. For this reason, the accommodation may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility. - VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE PARKING SPACE - To obtain permission to park, the vehicle dimensions MUST NOT exceed the following limits: Length 430 cm, Width (with mirrors folded) 180 cm, Height 155 cm. A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals after 20:00, while a surcharge of EUR 60 applies for arrivals after 00:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
