This beautiful and bright apartment, recently renovated, is located on the fifth floor of a welcoming building with 24-hour concierge service and an elevator. One of the most enchanting features is without a doubt the terrace, accessible from both the living room and one of the two bedrooms, a perfect spot to read, enjoy breakfast, or admire the view over some of Rome’s most important archaeological landmarks: the Baths of Diocletian, Michelangelo’s Cloister, the Basilica of St. Mary of the Angels, the Planetarium, the Archaeological Museum of Palazzo Massimo, and Piazza della Repubblica with its splendid fountain. The apartment offers particularly generous spaces for four guests. Both double bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, the kitchen is equipped with all appliances, and the living room features a sofa, armchairs, and a dining table. The apartment also comes with air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, a safe, washing machine, and dryer. Arrivals after 8:00 PM require a late check-in fee of EUR 30. After midnight, the fee is EUR 60. All late arrival requests must be confirmed by the property. For stays longer than 3 nights, the cost of a mid-stay cleaning with linen change will be charged. For bookings of 6 nights or more, two intermediate cleanings per week will be charged: one with linen change and one without. In addition, we are delighted to arrange any type of extra service upon request, such as a basket of typical local products to enjoy with your aperitivo, a birthday cake, a tailor-made tour, or a transfer service.
