The various terraces offer:1 small heated pool, 1 Jacuzzi tub, various seats, tables, chairs for your moments of relaxation outdoors. This modern three levels apartment can accommodate up to 8 people. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor, and has a connected bathroom. On the same floor, adjacent to the bedroom, there is a living area with a sofa bed. On the first floor there are two connecting rooms, with a double bed in each. The master bedroom has a direct attached bathroom. In the apartment there is also a third bathroom, with toilet, sink and washing machine. The comfortable dining area with a table for 10 people is adjacent to the equipped marble kitchen. The uniqueness of this house is given above all by the 6 terraces which offer: a heated hydromassage tub with counter-current swimming, a hydromassage tub with waterfall, gym space, wall of lemon plants, comfortable sofas for refined aperitifs, outdoor dining area. You can also admire a 360° panorama of the monuments and rooftops of Rome by climbing the incomparable tower. The building is equipped with a modern lift. Please note that there are internal and external stairs in the apartment. For stays longer than 5 nights a middle stay cleaning fee will be charged. Arrivals after 20:00 require a late check-in fee of EUR 30. After 00:00 the fee is EUR 60.
