This fantastic property features 3 double bedrooms, plus a master bedroom, all with en suite bathrooms, a very bright living area with comfortable sofas, and a fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor area is on two levels and it is furnished with Jacuzzi bathtub, tables and sofas and is ideal for enjoying a breathtaking and exclusive view of Piazza Venezia. The apartment is very bright, elegantly furnished and equipped with all comforts, including Wi-Fi, AC and elevator. Three double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, two of which with bathtub and one with shower, and a master bedroom with large bathroom with bathtub, desk, and private balcony. The external part is on two levels, the first features a table and many beautiful plants, and the second level is the real treasure of this apartment: Amazing Penthouse Piazza Venezia's rooftop garden has a Jacuzzi, sofas and tables, from which you can enjoy one of the most beautiful views of the city. Located on the famous shopping street Via del Corso, it is the perfect location for travelers who want to enjoy the Eternal City on foot. The Trevi district is the ideal setting for a vacation in Rome indeed, and offers everything a tourist would desire: the famous fountain, churches full of masterpieces of art, museums, romantic alleys dotted with artisan shops. From the apartment the main places of interest of the city are within walking distance, including Piazza Venezia, the Vittoriano, the Trevi Fountain, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza del Popolo, the Colosseum and the Imperial Forums. Please note, the outdoor Jacuzzi can be used from April to October. For reservations longer than 5 nights, an extra mid-stay cleaning with change of linens and towels will be charged. Arrivals after 20:00 require a late check-in fee of EUR 30. After 00:00 the fee is EUR 60.
